I Suck At Photography
And I suck at blogging. Let’s make that clear. But I just read an article about how photoblogging helps you become a better photographer, and this sounds like something I can do since it doesn’t require me to really write anything.
Photography is a new hobby of mine and I’m pretty open to anything that will help me progress. This blog will be dedicated to my various galavantings (I’m pretty sure that’s not a word) and will document my journey into photography so I can look back one day and see how much I sucked.
I had the pleasure of shooting one of my best friend’s engagement. Am I really getting that old now? My friends are getting getting married already?

I had a blast shooting for Lucy, Kerry & Donna at South Mission Beach here in San Diego. Thankfully it was a beautiful day providing us with the perfect lighting. It was my first time shooting at this time of day and I’d like to do another set like this sometime soon.
Fast Cars, Fast Women
I had a crazy time at Extreme Autofest 2012 down at Qualcomm Stadium. It was my first time at this event, and my 2nd time ever shooting at a car show. I learned one lesson though: apply more sunscreen around your sleeves and neckline on super hot days like this. I have a funky tan going on right now…
